§ 14-4. Maintenance of hogs.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep hogs or maintain a hogpen within the corporate limits of the town.

(b)

Any person failing to comply with or violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor, and each day's violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
