§ 14-2. Fowl running at large.

It shall be unlawful for any chicken, duck, guinea, goose or any type of fowl to run at large within the town, and any person owning or having custody of such fowls who permits them to run at large within the town shall be guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor for each offense.
